    Who we are:

            Run by John Connors and Pierre Chartier,
    Alpine Tours has been taking groups to Europe since
    1987. A Canadian-French partnership with an
    authentic cultural flavour, Alpine Cycling offers the
    most enjoyable cycling vacations imaginable. We have
    been working for a decade to put together premium
    European cycling tours with the finest attention to detail
    and a local expertise that only two such seasoned
    professionals can offer. Both John and Pierre are avid
    cyclists and will not only act as your seasoned guides,
    but will be personally responsible for your happiness
    and comfort on this your trip.
    Born in Paris, Pierre spent the next 20 years in
    Briançon, in the heart of the Alps where he mastered
    his knowledge of the region and honed his Alpine
    skills. Before adopting the bicycle as his religion, John
    also spent two years in France teaching in a private
    school in the French Alps. He enjoys his wine and fine
    cuisine as much as sweating it out on epic climbs. Their
    combined knowledge of both the roads and vineyards
    of France will greatly enhance your tour experience.

            Alpine Cycling offers premium cycling
    tours  in July that revolve around stages of the Tour
    de France and epic rides in the Alps and
    Pyrenees.  All of our tours include fantastic riding
    as well as an opportunity to see some of cycling’s
    legends in the World’s toughest sporting event. As
    well as providing cycling guides for your daily rides,
    we offer full ride support and arrange all routes,
    meals, transportation and accommodations. We
    even take care of your bike box. All of our tours are
    set in the most spectacular surroundings that France
    can offer and include exposure to towns full of
    history, cultural significance and gastronomic delight.
