PICK UP AND TOUR START:
All tours start and finish at the destination airports. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are at the destination
airport at the required time to ensure that other guests are not made to wait. Please book your flights carefully after
consulting Alpine Tours to verify that arrival and departure are accommodatable by Alpine Tours shuttles. Booking a
flight outside the scheduled pickup times may result in an extra transportation charge.
NOT INCLUDED
- Airfares
- Any extra charges incurred at the hotel, such as phone, mini-bar, room service, damages
- lunches, except for food supplied by the support van
- Insurance such as medical,Cancellation, losses, damage or theft of personal belongings or to third part losses.

SUPPORT CREW AND GROUP SIZE
- Our support crew will try to facilitate your rides by choosing appropriate distances for your level of training and
will help you to make your stay and rides in France as enjoyable as possible.
- Each ride will have a combination of van and cycling guides, who will always be in contact with each other
through cell phone communication.
- Our group will be limited to 20-25 riders
- On the days of the Tour de France, stages supporting van and bus will not always be able to assist the riders,
since the roads will be closed, but our cycling guides will be there to support you and they always carry cell
phones and carry extra supplies.

- Price is based on double-occupancy for the accommodations.
- Single supplement: If you wish to room alone, there will be an extra cost of $800 Cdn
PAYMENT, CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES
- A$1500 deposit is due at time of booking.
$500 of this deposit will be non refundable.
- Full payment is due 90 days prior to travel. Any refunds given are at the
discretion of Alpine Tours and are contingent upon finding a replacement and/or
any monies that have been paid out in your name which may have a non refundable
portion (i.e.hotel reservations, airfares etc.)
- Failure to fulfill the final installment : Alpine Tours reserves the right to cancel your reservation and retain your
entire deposit. In a case of finding a replacement,
- Alpine Tours is under no obligation to replace cancelled reservation.
- Cancelling more than 90 days prior departure will result in the loss of $500 of your deposit of and an
administration fee for any payments made on your behalf.
- Cancelling less than 90 days prior departure, cancellation may result in forfeit of all payments at the discretion
of Alpine Cycling Tours
- Alpine Tours may choose to refund you a partial payment based on finding a replacement
passenger and costs involved with changing your reservation.
INSURANCE
- Protect yourself. It is your responsibility to purchase appropriate insurance for yourself, your belongings, theft,
damages, liability and to third party losses.
- We require all passengers to obtain medical travel insurance to cover any health emergency costs in Europe.
We also recommend cancellation insurance which you may purchase at time of booking.
- All our beautiful hotels are set in the most picturesque landscapes that France has to offer.
- All accommodations are based on double occupancy (triple occupancy could occur at Tour de France stage
hotel due to limited amount of rooms). If you are coming solo we will assign you a roommate of the same
gender and close to the same age. If you wish to room by yourself, please refer to the extra cost mentioned in
the pricing section.
- Specific hotels will be given to clients at time of booking and will not be altered without notice.
